Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Tartini AI, provided by Tartini AI LLC ("we", "us"). By signing in you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you may bind it.
1. What the service is
Tartini AI is an AI data agent. It connects to systems you already control — a Google Analytics property, a BigQuery warehouse, a GitHub repository — and helps you explore data, build tables and dashboards, and propose website tracking changes. It is currently offered to design partners and is under active development.
2. Your account
You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for what happens under it. One account gets a personal workspace; resources belong to a workspace and are visible to its members.
3. Your data and your connections
Your content stays yours. You grant us only the access needed to operate the service for you, and Tartini AI acts with exactly the permissions you granted — it can reach what your own account can reach and no more. You may revoke any connection at any time, from Tartini AI or from Google or GitHub directly.
You are responsible for having the right to connect the systems you connect, and for the data you put into them. The Privacy Policy describes what we do with it.
4. AI output is a draft, not an authority
The Assistant produces SQL, table definitions, dashboards, source changes and analysis. It can be wrong. Source changes are delivered as a Pull Request for you to review, and warehouse changes that destroy or replace data ask you to confirm first — but the review is yours, and you are responsible for what you approve. Do not rely on Assistant output for legal, financial or medical decisions.
5. Tartini Credits
Each new account receives 5,000 Tartini Credits, once, at no charge. Credits are the only balance: every call Tartini AI makes to an AI model on your behalf — a message you send an Assistant, and the background analysis it performs for you — deducts Credits in proportion to what the model provider actually charged for that call. There is no minimum charge per call. Your account shows the Credits remaining and the Credits used; Credits are the only unit in which usage is shown or charged.
You can add Credits in whole-dollar amounts, from $5. $1 adds 1,000 Tartini Credits and the charge is exactly the amount you choose — there is no platform fee. Payments are processed by Stripe. Credits are not a currency, have no cash value, and are not transferable between accounts.
New user promotion. While we offer it, a new account receives 10,000 Tartini Credits at sign-up: the 5,000 every account receives, plus 5,000 more. For 90 days after sign-up, whenever the promotional Credits left in the account fall below 5,000, we add 5,000 more, up to 50,000 promotional Credits in total. Promotional Credits are used before Credits you buy. After the 90 days we add no more, and the Credits already in your account stay yours to use. Credits you buy never expire. Promotional Credits cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash. The promotion is one per person; if it is abused, for example through several accounts, we may stop that account's top-ups or close those accounts under section 8. We may change or end the promotion for new sign-ups at any time; accounts already enrolled keep their top-ups for the rest of their 90 days, and Credits already in your account are never taken back.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- connect systems or upload data you are not authorised to;
- use the service to build or operate anything unlawful;
- attempt to reach another customer's workspace, data or resources;
- probe, disrupt or overload the service, or work around its rate and spending limits;
- use it to generate material that infringes someone's rights;
- resell the service or use it to build a competing product from our outputs.
We may suspend an account that is doing any of these.
7. Availability
We do not offer a service level agreement. The service may be unavailable for maintenance, failures, or the failure of a provider we depend on — Google Cloud, OpenRouter, GitHub, Stripe. Features may change while the product develops.
8. Ending it
You may stop using Tartini AI and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may terminate for breach of these terms, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice. On termination your access ends and your content is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy. Tartini AI does not refund purchases through the product. To ask about a refund, email hello@tartini.ai; we decide case by case, except where the law requires a refund.
9. Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
10. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date above and notified to signed-in users. Continuing to use Tartini AI means the updated terms apply.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You and Tartini AI LLC agree that the state and federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them.
If you are a consumer resident somewhere whose law gives you the right to bring a claim locally, or grants you protections that cannot be waived by agreement, nothing here takes that away.
